The Attendee Registration is $250.00 per person. This includes access to all pre-conference workshops on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You can register for HOTZONE in Three Ways:

Secure Online Registration Payment by Credit Card (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Accepted) – Closes Saturday, October 11, 2025.

Mail-In Registration  Payment by Check, Money Order, or Purchase Order.   Must be postmarked by Friday, October 3, 2025.

Walk-In Registration at the Conference with Payment by Credit Card, Check, or Cash is Accepted Beginning at 4 pm. Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in the Registration Area at the Wyndham Ballroom.

The Scholarship Application is open to all. Each year, full and partial scholarships are awarded. Online Scholarship Application will open in May 2025 and Close at Midnight on August 10, 2025.

Full scholarships cover HOTZONE registration fees for the conference and hotel rooms for the nights of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Partial Scholarships cover HOTZONE registration fee only for the conference.

Scholarship Awards will be posted in late August.
